  • Mysore-Style

    Mon, Wed, Fri
    6:00-9:00am CET

    This is a self-paced practice class. Beginners are welcome and taught the sequence. Join anytime during these hours for guidance in your practice. (classes end at 9am)

  • Led Primary Series

    Saturday
    8:00-9:30AM CET

    Learn the Sanskrit vinyasa count during this weekly traditional guided led class.
    Conference (Q&A) to follow once per month.

  • Moon Days

    No Practice

    Traditionally we take rest from practice on both new and full moon days.

Your Teacher, Kat

  • Kat knows firsthand the ups and downs of home practice—finding the discipline, making space (sometimes literally), and showing up even when life is chaotic.

    She’s been practicing traditional Ashtanga Yoga for nearly a decade, including years of dedicated self-practice at home. Now, as a new mom, she balances practice with family life —between naps, playtime, dog walks, and plenty of cat cuddles.

    She has traveled to Mysore four times, is currently learning Advanced B (fourth series), and loves helping other home practitioners stay motivated and connected to their practice.
